We are recruiting a small group of radiology services to deploy Laudos.AI in production, shape the roadmap, and lock in founding-partner terms before general availability.

Scoping call
Map the service, the modalities, the templates, the integrations. Confirm pilot KPIs and success criteria.
- 02Week 1–2
Deploy
Stand up the environment (cloud or on-prem), connect to PACS / RIS, ingest existing institutional templates.
- 03Week 3–4
Onboard radiologists
Per-radiologist vocabulary tuning, dictation profiles, template defaults. Daily evals running from day one.
- 04Week 5–8
Run in production
Full reporting volume on the pilot service. Weekly review of CRIT escalations, audit trails, eval regressions.
- 05Month 3+
Expand
Decision to roll across additional services. Founding-partner pricing locked in for the term.
The minimum viable pilot.
- One radiology service as the pilot scope (CT, MR, US — your choice).
- 3+ radiologists actively reading on the service during the pilot.
- A clinical owner empowered to approve templates and sign off on CRIT policy.
- Weekly 30-minute review with our team for the duration of the pilot.
